Easy check in (I arrived in the middle of the night, no issues) and communicative host. High quality gym and pool area - better than most. Can walk to Burj area and 15 mins from airport - plus a 24h restaurant on ground floor.

We are very impressed and really happy with our stay! Thank you for hosting us! You made our trip in Dubai feel very comfortable! The apartment was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful! The pool was quite cold but very clean and had a small jacuzzi pool , which we used more. The neighbours were quite noisy in the late evenings and early morning, but apart from that we enjoyed our stayed fully!

Wir waren im Dezember da. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Zum Burj Khalifa waren es nur 10 min Zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war super und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und auch immer schnell erreichbar.Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt.

Apartment has a spectacular view for Burj Khalifa and the river. All was good with the apartment. But! We aware as there is a construction literally on the other side of the balcony, they are building new apartment, which I believe will cover the whole view from the balcony :/ and it is a bit loud from the construction site. In 1year it will be zero view from the balcony - what a bummer:(

We had a great stay at this apartment. Overall it was very good. Just some strange things to mention, like provided coffee capsules not matching the machine. Host was responsive and helpful. Thanks for hosting us !
